These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StockSpace mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By using StockSpace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

StockSpace provides inventory and production-tracking tools for makers and small businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

Your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Your content

You retain ownership of the inventory data, photos, builds, and other content you add to StockSpace. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the workspaces you share. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

Optional Etsy integration

If you choose to connect Etsy, StockSpace connects read-only to the Etsy shop you choose to import listing-variant quantities and compare them with your StockSpace Builds. It requests only the listings_r and shops_r permissions and collects the shop identity and an internal shop reference, listing and variant titles, SKUs, and quantities needed for that comparison. It does not change Etsy listings or access orders or buyer data.

OAuth access and refresh credentials are encrypted and stored server-side only while the connection is active. Imported Etsy catalog data is stored on our servers only while connected and only as needed for the comparison, with access limited to people and service providers who need it to operate or support StockSpace. StockSpace does not sell Etsy data, use it for advertising, or use it for analytics, artificial-intelligence features, or model training. Etsy is a third-party service provider and the Etsy API supplies the integration; see Etsy's API Terms of Use and Etsy's Open API documentation.

You control the connection and can disconnect it in StockSpace or by contacting support@stockspace.studio. Disconnecting removes StockSpace's Etsy access and imported Etsy catalog data, including the encrypted OAuth credentials, links, and external-shop identifiers, from live StockSpace account and application data. The same immediate deletion applies when Etsy access is revoked or invalid, Etsy suspends the connection, or you delete your StockSpace account. We may retain only a 90-day accountability record with no Etsy identifiers, Etsy content, or credentials. Backups are access-controlled and expire under our hosting provider's backup-retention process. If a backup is restored, the restored data remains subject to the same access and deletion controls.

The integration does not provide access to Etsy orders, buyer information, or messages, and StockSpace has no Etsy write access. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Shared workspaces

When you create or join a shared workspace, members of that workspace can view and edit the shared content. Only invite people you trust. Workspace owners are responsible for managing membership, including removing members and resetting invite links.

Subscriptions and payments

StockSpace offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("StockSpace Maker") in addition to free features. The following terms apply:

• Title: StockSpace Maker.
• Length and price: Offered as weekly, monthly, and yearly options. The exact price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies.

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Free tier limits

The free version of StockSpace may include limits on the number of workspaces, inventory items, builds, or other features. These limits may change, and certain features may require a Maker subscription.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or available. You are responsible for maintaining your own records.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockSpace and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
